STRAWBERRY PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
14 Ritz crackers, rolled very fine
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 qt. fresh or frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

For Pie, separate eggs. Mix 4 stiffly beaten egg whites with one cup sugar, added slowly; beat until stiff. Combine baking powder, crackers, and nuts to egg mixture. Place in a well-buttered 9-inch pie tin and bake for 40 minutes in a 325°F oven. Cool. For the filling, mix strawberries with Cool Whip and place on top of pie shell.
