CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 c. reg. rice
3 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/4 c. soy sauce

Pour broth over uncooked rice and let stand. Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Add all ingredients to rice. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 to 350 degree oven for 1 hour, covered, then 1/2 hour, uncovered.
