CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped sirloin or ground round
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (2 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat, onions and celery; add soup, mushrooms, rice, water, seasonings and soy sauce. Bake in large casserole, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; cover mixture with Chinese noodles. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6 to 8 persons.
