ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN | |
2 (1 1/2 lb.) strips fresh pork tenderloin 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. sugar Make marinade - brush over meat for several hours before and during cooking. Roast, uncovered, in a slow oven (300 degrees) until tender, about 1 3/4 hours. Baste frequently with marinade. Serves 6. |
