ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1 extra lean pork tenderloin roast (about 1 1/2 lbs.) Garlic powder Black pepper Powdered rosemary Rub roast generously with garlic powder, black pepper, and rosemary. Place roast on wire rack in rotating pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is roasted to desired doneness. Serving Suggestion: Pork is not a low-fat food. Serve it with low- fat accompaniments to reduce the total fat content of the meal. Yields: 6 servings. |
