ROAST PORK TENDERLOIN 
1 whole pork tenderloin
Onions, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Bacon strips
Seasonings

Season tenderloin with salt, pepper, and marjoram as desired. Place onion slices the length of tenderloin; top with tomato slices. Wrap with bacon slices secured with toothpicks.

Bake approximately one hour at 350 degrees. (Bacon should be crisp.) Carve in slices to serve.

Such a simple recipe but such fantastic results, smells amazing when cooking, looks amazing when cooked, and melts in you mouth when eaten. Initially i thought it might taste a bit strage with the tomatoes but wow, they realy do add that je ne sais quoi! I always serve my guests this meal and they ALL comment on how amazing it is!
