CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushrooms

Brown 1 pound hamburger in 2 tablespoons fat until crumbly. Then add above ingredients.

Mix well and put in greased cake pan, 13 x 9. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.

Spread 1 can Chinese noodles on top. Bake 15 minutes.
