CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 chopped lg. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. instant brown rice (can use white rice) 1 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce, combined (approx. 1/8 c. each) Mix hamburger and onion into soup mixture and pour into greased casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then, sprinkle 1 large can chow mein noodles over mixture and bake uncovered for 2 minutes. |
