PISTACHIO NUT SALAD 
2 boxes of pistachio Jello pudding (instant)
1 Cool Whip (12 oz. or larger)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained) 1 can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail (drained)
1 can (small 11 oz.) mandarin orange segments (drained)
Optional: Add crushed nuts, cherries and coconut

Mix together in a large bowl Cool Whip and pudding mix. Add the cans of fruit, then chill, ready to serve.
