U.S.A.: TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare 1 (10" x 15" x 1/2") sheet pan; oven should be 325 degrees.

Sift flour and sugar; set aside.

Boil butter, cocoa and water, add this to flour mixture and beat 3 minutes on high. Add remaining ingredients and add to flour mix. Beat 1 minute. Bake for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. powdered sugar (2 c.)

Beat all; frost cake when still slightly warm.
