1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
1 c. water

Mix soda, salt, flour, sugar, eggs, milk and vinegar. In sauce pan, add cocoa, butter and water; bring to a boil. Add dry ingredients; pour into large rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 box confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil. Then add remaining ingredients.
