SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. cornstarch
2 eggs, well beaten
Oil for deep frying
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut wings into 3 pieces, discard tips. Dip chicken into egg, then roll in cornstarch, garlic, and Lawry's. Fry in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with more garlic powder and Lawry's if desired. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour hot sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE: Heat until sugar dissolves.

I made this with cut up chicken breast, so it was nuggets instead of wings, and made the fried rice from aisian helper as a side. It was awesome!! We have it all the time now.
