SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger or Chinese Five Spice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 lbs. chicken wings

Mix ingredients. Pour over chicken wings. Allow to marinate 4 to 6 hours. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
