SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS | |
1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 lb. chicken wings with tips cut off 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice 3 tbsp. cornstarch Mix vinegar, sugar, and pineapple juice in pan. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and add to mixture. Heat until thickened. Cook chicken wings in shallow pan for 1/2 hour. Drain off any liquids. Add sauce. Bake 1 more hour. Turn frequently. Serve as finger food or over bed of rice. |
