EASY LEMON CHICKEN BREAST 
6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, even nicer)
Lemon pepper
Garlic salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice diluted with 1/2 c. water
Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Put chicken breast in a single layer, close together, in suitable pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Put Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix atop breasts. Pour on oil slowly; then pour on lemon juice-water mixture, slowly.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe can be halved or doubled - adjust liquid measures.

I was looking for an easy lemon chicken recipe and happened upon this one. Luckily, I had all ingredients already on hand. I have a husband and a son who aren't crazy about chicken, but I prepared this recipe just as instructed (except I had to use a box of stove top stuffing mix instead of Pepperidge Farm)and it turned out really, really delicious! My guys ate two pieces each and they loved it. This recipe is super easy and the chicken turns out moist and the stuffing gives it a nice crunch. Wow! I love it!

I didn't have bread crumbs so I put the chicken over fresh spinach and used the leftover juices in the pan as dressing. It was yummy!
