EASY LEMON CHICKEN BREAST | |
6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, even nicer) Lemon pepper Garlic salt 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice diluted with 1/2 c. water Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing Put chicken breast in a single layer, close together, in suitable pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Put Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix atop breasts. Pour on oil slowly; then pour on lemon juice-water mixture, slowly. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe can be halved or doubled - adjust liquid measures. |
