SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
Halve the wings and cut off tips of 3 packages. Make drum sticks with the drummette and 2 bone.

BATTER:

1 c. cornstarch - flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. savory salt or seasoning salt (garlic)

Add milk to make a paste. Heat oil to deep fry.

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. catsup
2/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients, boil, stir. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Dip deep fried drums into sauce. Serve.
