SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN LEGS AND
WINGS
 
1 c. Kikkoman low-salt soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. frozen unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger

Mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, sugar, oil, garlic powder and ginger together. Skin chicken legs if desired. Can use either legs or wings. Add soy sauce mixture with chicken. Marinate in Ziploc plastic bag or container in refrigerator overnight. Stir occasionally. Drain chicken. Save some sauce for basting. Bake on foil lined cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Turn chicken after 1/2 hour.
