SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
4 or 5 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. butter
1/2-3/4 pkg. brown sugar
1 lg. can crushed or tidbit pineapple (save juice)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes. Place chicken wings in large baking dish, pour pineapple evenly over chicken wings. Pour liquid over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. (You may use less chicken wings, but use the same ingredients for sauce.)
