BITE-SIZE CHEESE CAKES 
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
24 vanilla wafers

Beat sugar, cream cheese and eggs until fluffy. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well. Set 24 miniature muffin cups on a cookie sheet. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each. Spoon on cream cheese mixture. Bake 11 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Spoon on pie filling and chill.
