SQUASH LEMON PIE 
4 c. yellow squash (cooked & mashed)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (soft)
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 unbaked pie shell

Drain squash real good. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
