AUNT IDA'S SQUASH PIE 
1 c. yellow squash, cooked, mashed and drained
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 pie crust, unbaked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. coconut

Combine squash, sugar, salt, beaten eggs, coconut and flavoring. Put in unbaked pie crust. Bake first 10 minutes at 400 degrees, turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 35 minutes or until done.

Very good pie, added extra coconut on top. Will make again. Great way to use up extra squash.
