BLACK WALNUT CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla instant pudding 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 1 c. black walnuts Combine cake mix, pudding, water, oil and eggs and beat two minutes. Add nuts. Bake one hour at 325 degrees. ICING: 1 cup of confectioners sugar; 1 teaspoon black walnut flavoring and enough milk to make thin icing. Pour over cake while in the pan as soon as you take out of oven. Let sit 10 minutes. |
