“ITALIAN MEAT BALLS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  JELLO PUDDING CAKE

ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef chuck
1 to 1/1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs (I use Progresso)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Romano cheese
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
oregano
basil

Mix all ingredients together. The spices just add to taste.

Make into balls and place in cooking spaghetti sauce.

Made these for a party and everyone loved them. Used real crushed garlic and real onion (diced) and added basil and thyme. Mix the eggs first, then add milk and bread and spices, etc., before the meat.

Made these for dinner and had them on buns with provolone melted on top. They were gobbled up pretty much instantly. Followed the recipe but cut it in half and used Parmesan cheese instead of Romano, also really garlic. Tender and delicious meatballs.
