BLACK WALNUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 (1 oz.) bottle black walnut extract
2 (4 oz.) cans black walnut extract
2 (4 oz.) cans black walnuts
1 1/4 c. water

Put cake mix, eggs, cooking oil, and 1 1/4 cups of water, plus 1/2 bottle of black walnut extract, in mixing bowl. Mix according to cake mix instructions on package. Fold in a little less than half of the black walnuts, firmly chopped. Bake in greased, floured tube pan at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3/4 box or a little more of powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 bottle black walnut extract
Enough milk (whole) for spreading consistency
