Very Good but some needs changes! In the first 15mins add another 10mins to the cooking process then add the Parmesan Cheese or you can put on Mozzarella Cheese and then cook it for 5mins till its done!

These were great, I just added one ingredient. Finely chopped fresh chives. About 1/2 teaspoon. These went over extremely well!

Sound recipe, I used these as a base for "chili cheese wedges" and "bacon cheedar wedges". I put the wedges in zip lock bag then pour the oil and seasoning mixture in the bag, this gives a nice even (no mess) coating on the wedges. Chives are a nice addition to these as well.

I do almost this same exact recipe on the grill.....after putting oil - seasoning mixture on wedges - put wedges back together - put a pat of butter in between wedges - wrap in heavy duty foil - shiny side in......turn frequently. Is done when you push on pack and it gives to the touch.....is great.

I loosely followed the directions. I put them in oil which had salt, pepper, oregano, and fresh chopped garlic in with it. After the 25 minute mark I added shredded cheddar. The garlic makes all the difference.

I've done these with the Italian seasoning and the original misses dash.. the other way I do them is like a Cajun style using a dry rub seasoning and chili powder.
