1 box butter cake mix
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 c. black walnuts

Cook cake as on box in long pan. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and black walnuts. Cook (boil) for 1 minute; pour over cake.
