3 oz. Spam spread
1/2 c. sour cream
1-2 tsp. creamy horseradish

Blend ingredients, adding horseradish to taste. Serve as a dip with choice of crackers and chips. Use hollowed-out red or green peppers for dishes to serve dip in.
