3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter

Heat slowly to combine. Pour over meat and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour. Excellent for meats that are grilled outdoors.
