MARINADE FOR MEATS AND POULTRY 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced dry onion
2 tbsp. duck sauce or Saucy Susan
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Place meat in marinade, turning a few times. Meat can marinade between 3 to 12 hours.
