Crockpot Country Pork Ribs

 Pat Minzes (Missouri) says:
I'm only cooking for two, so I had 2 small country ribs to deal with. I used a package of dry pork gravy (made according to directions) along with two small individual-size applesauce cups and not quite a full lb. of refrigerated sauerkraut. I cooked everything on high for approximately 4 hours ... and it was FABULOUS!! We absolutely loved the flavor with the sauerkraut (so very much brought back memories of Grandma Scheidecker's sauerbraten) ... served it over mashed potatoes. DEFINITELY a do-again!
