EASY COCONUT CUSTARD PIE (IN A BLENDER) | |
2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. coconut 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter (very soft) Put all ingredients in blender. Turn blender on for 20 seconds. Pour into well buttered deep dish 9" pie tin or glass dish. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean. This is a self crust pie. |
