HAM LOAF | |
2 1/2 lb. ham loaf (1 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham and 1 lb. ground pork) 2 eggs 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 c. tomato juice 2/3 c. milk Dash pepper DRESSING: 1 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. vinegar 1 c. water 1 tsp. mustard Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ham loaf, eggs, cracker crumbs, tomato juice, milk and pepper. Make into loaf. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over ham loaf. Baste every 15 minutes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours on bottom shelf in oven. |
