HAM LOAF 
1 lb. raw ham
2 lbs. fresh lean pork
1 lb. veal
2 beaten eggs
Pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk

Have butcher grind the ham and pork together twice. Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Top with 1 1/2 cups tomato soup. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

SAUCE FOR LOAF:

1/2 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 egg yolks

Cook in double boiler until thickens. Serves 12.
