HAM LOAF OR HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lb. ground ham
2 lb. ground fresh pork
1 lb. lean beef

Or some meat markets have on hand:

5 1/2 lb. ham loaf mixture

3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

Combine all. Mix well.

Makes about 50 (1/4 cup size) balls.

SAUCE:

2 cans tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Blend well. Pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more.

HINTS: Freeze raw not in sauce.
