HAM LOAF 
Loaf:

3 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix ingredients well and put into greased loaf pan.

Sauce:

1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Pour half of sauce over loaf. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Add remaining sauce; baste often. Bake an additional 45 minutes.

Note: This can be made into two loaves. It freezes well. Freeze loaf without sauce and add sauce when used.
