FESTIVAL HAM BALLS OR LOAF 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. smoked ham
10 cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Dip 1/2 cup of meat per meatball, about 18 meatballs.

SAUCE FOR HAM BALLS OR LOAF:

1/3 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water

Pour over meatballs. Cover about 1/2 up on meatballs with sauce and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
