TURKEY MEATLOAF "TASTES LIKE
THANKSGIVING DINNER"

1 (20 oz.) package, Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 (6 oz.) box, Turkey Stuffing Mix "dry"
2-3 stalks Celery (chopped)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp. Sage
2 Eggs
Ketchup as needed for moisture (about 2-3 tablespoons)
Ketchup for Bathing the Top of the Meatloaf
Water
2 packets "dry" Turkey Gravy Mix

By hand, mix the first 7 Ingredients together, until well Incorporated, slowly adding just enough Ketchup for moisture.

Shape into a Loaf.

Place meatloaf in a shallow pan.

With your thumb make an indentation down the center of the meatloaf.

Bathe entire meatloaf with ketchup and fill indentation with ketchup too.

Add enough water to the pan to cover about half the meatloaf.

Cover and bake the meatloaf @ 350°F for 1 hour.

Mix the 2 packets of turkey gravy mix, using some of the liquid from the meatloaf pan and a cup of hot water (it's okay if the gravy is lumpy) pour the gravy mixture into the pan with the meatloaf and bake for additional 30 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, your favorite vegetable and some freshly baked biscuits.

Tastes just like Thanksgiving Dinner... YummY

This leftover Meatloaf (if there is any) makes an Awesome Sandwich.

Enjoy...

I like your recipe; so I combined yours and mine. I added salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder and I make a batch with 3 lbs of ground turkey 97/3.
