1 lb. turkey breast, sliced thick
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 jar gravy

Mix stuffing mix as directed. Roll stuffing in turkey slices. Put in casserole dish. Cover with gravy, heat in microwave for 5 minutes or until heated through. A good quick meal that tastes like you cooked all day!
