2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. nuts
Sour cream

Beat eggs, add sugar, and mix. Add milk and oil and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together, add to liquid and mix. Fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream.
