DOUBLE CRUST PEACH PIE 
6 cups sliced peaches
2 ready-made pie crusts (Pillsbury)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs (beat to mix only)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. salted butter

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place one crust in bottom of 9-inch glass pie dish that has been sprayed with non-stick baking spray (Baker's Joy). Prick crust both bottom and sides. Fill dish with sliced peaches.

Mix all other ingredients except butter. Pour mixture over peaches and dot with butter. Add top crust.

Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until pie is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
