DOUBLE CRUST PEACH PIE 
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs, beat to mix only
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 stick butter (salted)
2 ready made pie crust (unbaked)
6 c. sliced peaches

Place 1 crust in bottom of 9-inch glass pie dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick baking spray. Prick crust both bottom and sides. Fill dish with peaches. Mix all other ingredients except butter.

Pour mixture over peaches and dot with butter. Cut top crust into 1/2-inch strips and criss-cross over top. Pinch edges of crust to bottom crust. (I like to brush top with milk lightly.)

Bake in 400°F oven for 40-50 minutes or until pie is golden brown. Cool before serving.
