HAM LOAF 
3 lb. ham loaf mix
2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar and water (1/3 c. vinegar and water to equal 1/2 c.)

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 loaves and place on foil-lined 9 x 13 pan. (Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray first.) Pour sauce over.

Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. Baste often.
