BLENDER EGG CUSTARD PIE | |
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 tbsp. all purpose flour 3 tbsp. butter Nutmeg 1 c. sugar 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla Put all ingredients except nutmeg into blender. Cover; blend at medium speed approximately 30 seconds. Pour into heavily greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until firm. Crust will form on bottom. |
