COCONUT CUSTARD BLENDER PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can or 3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Mix above ingredients in blender. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Last 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Fills 2 foil pie pans or 1 deep dish large size.

For Chocolate Custard omit coconut and add 4 tablespoons cocoa and sugar.
