BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash nutmeg

In blender, combine all above ingredients and blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until custard is set.

I was sceptical about this recipe. I have made other coconut custard pies but this one is the easiest and best especially since you don't have to make a crust. Try it, you'll like it.
