BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Put all ingredients in blender; blend for 2 minutes. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. It forms its own crust.
