FOOL-PROOF CHEESCAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional) 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (Keebler or homemade) Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until well blended and no lumps are visible. Spoon mixture into pie crust and level out with spoon. Place cheesecake in refrierator for a few hours or until it holds form when cut into slices. Submitted by: Anastacia Lackey |
