HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed 3/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. mushroom or chicken soup (undiluted) 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. cornflakes, crushed Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup butter and cornflakes. Pour into greased casserole. Mix 1/4 cup butter and cornflake crumbs, and place on top of potato mixture. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
