HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper

Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Spoon into greased casserole dish.

Topping: 2 cups crushed cornflakes and remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
